"Simplicity vs Luxury"

-

There’s so much more value, in living a simple and servitude life rather than a life of luxury, or what we like to call “The American Dream.” Serving and simplicity is where the heart is. Why simplicity? Because, it allows you to see the important things in life or what matters most; the eyes are less clouded by nonsense and noise. In the simple life your loved for who you are, rather than for what you have, what you wear or what you can do. Your able to enjoy the small things in life day to day. Feel the breeze, watch the sun setting, listen to the birds chirping, admire the flowers blooming and the trees giving fruit. You can enjoy and take ’life’ in. Gods creation. You tend to hear peoples hearts better, and when you tell of yours, its heard clearer. Time goes by slower and more memorably. You do more of what you love and better cherish moments with those you love; rather than spending waistless time with people you don’t like, talking about things you don’t care about and listening to people rant on about what they have.  Driving a mercedes or owning a huge house shouldn’t be our ultimate goals in life, they are not what make or defines us. it’s our belief, it’s our heart, our actions’, our drive, our passions’, our character, and our words, that define us. Money makes the journey a more pleasant one, but it should never ‘be’ your drive, love should. Love for people, love for serving, love for giving, love for learning, love for helping, love for inspiring, for impacting, love for changing, for uplifting, for searching Gods own heart and for having him close, these should be our drive.

I want to look at my husband and feel Your presence Lord, feel like im just a little bit closer to You when im in his arms…because his resemblance is so much like that of my Beloveds’…

Notice how it says the “fruit” of the spirit is, not the “fruits” of the spirit are…

Makeup: Passion # 2
I love doing makeup. I love everything you can do with it, the pretty colors and textures and lines, you can combine. I love the blending and creativity that so willingly become captivity. Ideas start racing. I love the initial reaction people get when they see their face after I’ve finished their makeup; its a glow or sparkle in their eye. Its exhilarating. Makeup is not what defines our beauty, but it can sure enhance it. Its alot of fun. Going for a different look? No problem! A little thinner, a little asian, or maybe a little changin? Ideas are endless. Your creation is up to your imagination.
